Lounge Reservation Policy

Lounge Reservation Request Process 

• Lounge Reservation Request should be submitted through the College House at The Radian website 

Lounge Reservation Request Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 6pm -10pm
• Saturday – Sunday: 12pm -10pm
  • Maximum Duration for Reservation Request allotted is 1hr and 30 mins.
  • ​Lounge reservation requests must get submitted 5-7 days prior to reservation (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Approved Reservation Requestion

• Following approval, confirmation email will be sent with notification for approval. 
• A sign will posted to notify residents of lounge reservation with duration of time the lounge will be reserved. 
• All Reservation Requests are subject to cancellation at the discretion of the House Director Shalyssa Smith.
