Room reservations request reviews for the Spring will begin on January 31st, 2025.  Any request placed before this date will be denied.

Lounge Reservation Policy

Lounge Reservation Request Process 

Lounge Reservation Request Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 6pm -10pm
  • Saturday – Sunday: 12pm -10pm
    • Maximum Duration for Reservation Request allotted is 1hr and 30 mins.
    • ​Lounge reservation requests must get submitted 5-7 business days prior to reservation (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Approved Reservation Requestion

  • Following approval, confirmation email will be sent with notification for approval. 
  • A sign will posted to notify residents of lounge reservation with duration of time the lounge will be reserved. 
  • All Reservation Requests are subject to cancellation at the discretion of the House Director Sonia Elliott.
